José Rozados: He is an architect of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).He developed inside public entities like appraiser and analyst in the Economical investigation management of Banco Central of Buenos Aires.
He collaborated as an associate inside the important studies of Architecture.
Presently, he gives advice to appraisers and consulting companies. He specializes in studies of financial variables linked to the real state department. Periodically, he is a source of information about the real state for the most important graphic media of the country.

Germán Gómez Picasso: He is an architect of the Moron University (UM), Master in Real Estate and constructive business (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid). He developed in he area of Real Estate consulting, concentrating all his efforts in understanding Real Estate business. His specialist in property valuation. He collaborated with appraisal and real state companies inside the República Argentina.
At present he is and adviser of appraisal and real estate companies of the departments, and member of the IAT Directive Commission (Argentina s Apraissal Institute).
