Prices slow down in Punta del Este
ReporteInmobiliario.com has conducted the 4th annual survey focused on the buildings under construction, or for sale, located in the Punta Ballena – La Barra corridor, and we have found that the sqm value for the units located in front of the Ocean already exceed USD 3,000; however, these values did not grow as much as they did in previous years.

Research Survey in Punta del Este
Values in Punta del Este have presented a 16% average appreciation along the past year. The highest increases were in projects with a seaside front, in which revalues have climbed up to an annual 20%. On the other hand, the number of square meters under construction keeps growing, distributed along 42 buildings and surpassing the 560,000 sq m.
